Privacy for App Snap iOS Apps

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains how App Snap handles information across all iOS applications we publish. If a specific app has additional notices, those will be provided within that app and should be read together with this policy.

Minimal collection

We only collect what is necessary to run the app, troubleshoot issues, or comply with the law. No in-app ads or third-party trackers.

Whenever possible, data stays on your device. Any network communication is encrypted in transit using modern TLS.

We design our iOS apps to use minimal personal data.

Account or contact details you provide directly (for example when emailing support).
Usage or crash diagnostics when you explicitly opt in. This may include device model, OS version, and anonymized event logs.
Content you create or upload inside the app. This stays on device unless you choose to sync or share it.

Storage and retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here.

On-device data remains under your control and is removed when you delete it or uninstall the app.
If you share data with us for support, we keep it only while resolving the request and then remove or anonymize it.
Backups and logs are rotated on a regular schedule to minimize retention.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may use trusted service providers (for example, Apple services or cloud hosting) solely to deliver app functionality, under data protection agreements.
We may disclose information if required to comply with law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of App Snap, our users, or others.

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, and portability.

You can opt out of optional analytics or diagnostics within the app settings (where available) or by contacting us.

Children’s privacy

Our iOS apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it.
